If Anal Pudding was trying to catch peoples attention, they succeeded; if the band was trying to entertain or inform, well, better luck next time. Blending the very worst of Green Jell-o and Frank Zappa from the 1970s and early 1980s, the songs included the set ending Your Mamas Got a Strap-On, as well as one about bukake and one dealing with pimples on a dick. We bought the CD and DVD of last years festival for $10 (all proceeds this year benefited the SPCA and the Cradle Beach Camp, and musical instruments to benefit the Buffalo Schools music program were collected), and Takac said that this years will probably be available in September/fall at the Web sites of Music Is Art (www.musicisart.org) and Chameleonwest Recording Studios (www.Chameleonwest.com). |
